Veronica Eco Foods (VEF) is a rapidly growing provider of food services and delivery solutions in Uganda. We are officially registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) under our parent company, Veronica Procurement and Innovation International SMC Ltd. Additionally, we are accredited by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) as a recognized catering service provider.

Our General Manager and the core team have been actively engaged in the food industry since 2006, driven by a mission to build longterm relationships with our esteemed clients.

To ensure high quality service delivery, we operate a fully equipped central kitchen, a comprehensive warehouse, a reliable fleet of delivery vehicles, and employ qualified personnel. Our team undergoes continuous training to maintain the highest standards in service delivery.

Our central kitchen operates around the clock, producing a wide range of meals and food products including roasted meats (Mchomo), chicken, pilau, baked goods, desserts, sandwiches, soups, salads, hot meals, Ugandan traditional dishes, and breakfast and tea services. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery to meet the growing market demand.

All VEF employees are equipped with a structured and regularly updated training plan. This includes the latest developments in restaurant technology, food safety, dietetics, hygiene, safety management, organizational methods, and interpersonal skills.

Methodology

Our service approach includes the following:

  • Utilization of environmentally friendly grilling machines for roasting a variety of foods including matooke, sweet and Irish potatoes, cassava, chicken, goat, and other fresh meats and fish. These grills use volcanic stones and charcoal ash, do not emit smoke, and are ideal for clean environments.
  • Provision of healthy options such as vegetable salads, green juices, fruits, and dry foods to accommodate vegetarians and health conscious clients.
  • Preparation of local dishes ranging from individual orders to customized and contract based meals, including breakfast menus for meetings.
